Saral Proticons pea protein is of European origin and has GRAS certification which means it doesn’t have any of the anti nutrient factors inherent to peas.

GRAS stands for “Generally Recognized as SAFE”, consistent with Section 201(s) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. This GRAS conclusion is based on scientific procedures in accordance with 21 C.F.R. §170.30(a) and (b) and conforms to the guidance issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under 21 C.F.R. §170.36, 81 Fed. Reg. 54960 (Aug. 17, 2016).

Pea protein is used as a concentrated highly digestible protein source that can be used in various food categories products.

Our pea protein can be used as a substitute for, and/or in conjunction with, other proteins in conventional food products, as well as in meal replacement and dry blend protein powder applications in foods, such as bakery products (e.g., bread, rolls, cakes, pasta), cereals, snack foods (e.g., chips, crackers, energy bars), ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, soups, smoothies, fruit juices, protein beverages, dairy and dairy alternatives (e.g., yogurt, ice cream), fruit and vegetable preparation, meat analog products.

Pea protein is purified from the dry common yellow pea Pisum Sativum which has been consumed as food for centuries. The pea protein isolate is a pure, free-flowing, powder that functions as a protein source in foods, and as a binder and extender in meat and poultry products.

It is easy to update your account details using “My Account”. This allows you to manage/edit your personal data like password, phone number, email ID and address.

• Payment Pending Authorization: We are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
• Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: We have received authorization from payment gateway and your order is being processed by us.
• COD Verification Pending: Your order has been received by us and we are awaiting verification from your end for the COD order.
• Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by us and is on its way to the delivery location mentioned in the order.
• Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

Your order status can be checked from the “Account” tab. Click on “Account” and from the drop down list, select “My Orders” link which will take you to the page which will display the status of all your orders. To track a specific order, click on the respective order link.

After your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we start processing your order. You will receive an email confirmation which will include the order ID, details of your order and tracking details.

You can use Credit cards/Debit cards using Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express, Maestro or Internet Banking to make your purchase. You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.

No. There are no hidden charges while making a purchase from Saral Proticons. The final price is displayed prior to making your payment which may include delivery charges.

Check your bank account to make sure that the amount has not been withdrawn from your account. If placing the order has been unsuccessful and any amount has been debited, usually the payment is reversed by banks within 7 business days. These times vary from bank to bank and we recommend you follow up with your bank for the same.

In the event of the bank intimating you that the payment has been credited to our account contact us and we will initiate a refund from our end within 3 business days. You can email us on customerservice@proticons.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

In case your order is not successful and ProtiCoins has been deducted from your account contact us, and we will refund ProtiCoins within 1-3 business days. You can email us on customerservice@proticons.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

We ship our products by ground couriers as well as by air. We deliver most of our orders through our courier partner Bluedart. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.

We currently do not ship to any international locations.

We deliver your order within 2-3 business days after dispatch in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities. For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers.

Ground-shipped orders are delivered from 5-7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

We send an email notification with a link to track your order after the order has been shipped. You can also access this information from your ‘My Account’ section at the top right corner on our website www.proticons.com. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

Cancelling your order is possible prior to shipment. Click on “Account.” From the drop-down list select “My Orders” link. It will take you to a page that displays the status of all your orders. If the order status shows as “In Progress” you can click on “Cancel.”

The refund will be processed from our end within 3-5 business days. The amount should reflect back into your account depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

We follow a 14 Day Return Policy. The product should reach us within 14 days of the date of the receipt of delivery.

Firstly, please ensure that the product is unopened, unused, the tags/labels, cans/boxes and other packaging is intact. You can initiate the return process by mailing us at customerservice@proticons.com or calling us on +91 80 4099 8119. We will contact you explaining the process once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, we are unable to arrange the pick-up, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will refund the courier costs to a maximum of Rs. 100 for any courier charges borne by you, to send the product back to us.

If you find your delivered order inconsistent with the order placed or the descriptions on our website, you can escalate the concern within 48 hours of delivery by mailing us at customerservice@proticons.com or calling us on +91 80 4099 8119.

A picture of the defect or inconsistency has to be sent to customerservice@proticons.com within these 48 hours. We will arrange a pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

• Opened or used boxes
• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products that are tampered or serial / UPC numbers are missing
• Individual product returns if the product has been initially purchased as a part of combo

You may be liable to pay a processing fee in case of returns or replacements under certain circumstances including, but not limited to your request for a change of product or its flavor or variant or any requests of similar nature. The replacement shall be processed after the processing fee amount is conveyed to you, is accepted and payment is processed.
